Booger is going to Kill the Sommelier.

Boog thinks that he was a bad choice of wine. (Skuzzball's cheekwine would've been better).

I wasn't really sure what was going on with Booger here. But after looking at the picture for a while I figured it out.

This picture shows Booger while he is in the middle of vaulting out of the wine glass. A second after this was taken he was hanging by his right paw from the rim of the glass. Knowing that, you can see what he is setting up for here.
